Eunice Park Choi is a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and leads the firm's Private Capital Sponsor practice. Based in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, she advises venture capital and other private investment fund managers on fund formation, investment structures and cross border strategies, including numerous fund managers investing in climate solutions, emerging technologies and other areas of innovation.

Through her work with investors, emerging managers and founders, Eunice brings a broad perspective on the private capital and entrepreneurial ecosystem and on what it takes to finance, build and scale innovative companies. She is also actively engaged with the founder community through the Yale Club of Silicon Valley's Founder Affinity Group, which connects and supports entrepreneurs across the Yale community.

Eunice's commitment to addressing climate change extends beyond her professional practice. She takes practical steps in her personal life to reduce her environmental impact and contribute to a more sustainable future.
