Frank is the Co-founder of Frontier/1 - the leading Hyper-Secure AI Cloud - built by a world-class team of AI Cyber specialists in San Francisco and London. And a Partner at SparkLabs Group, a network of accelerators and venture capital funds that has invested in over 600 companies across 6 continents since 2013. 

He was the Co-founder and CEO of Equilibrium, one of the first carbon/ESG management software platforms - which was acquired by FiscalNote in 2021. As part of the management team at FiscalNote, he helped take FiscalNote to IPO in 2022 on the NYSE.

Previously on the boards of Siri, Spotify, Affectiva - Frank was a Director of Engineering at 3 Mobile, where he helped build the first 3G networks globally. Frank was selected as part of the 2012 Wired UK Top 100 in tech, and Vanity Fair’s The Next Establishment list 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney, and Masters of Science in Fluid Mechanics from the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden.
